Most items may be returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipping date. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted for each returned item, and shipping charges are not refundable.

If your return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item), please contact us and we will arrange to have the item picked up for return.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items that are damaged or in used condition
• Downloadable products (digital books, webinars, online courses, etc.)
• Items returned more than 30 days past the shipping date

Please package items well to avoid damage in transit. Include your name, phone, email, and the reason you are returning the product, and mail to:
